We are also able to specialise by assisting wit Finance and Human resource training, as outlined in departmental documents. RCL
Training

We have conducted several RCL camps and training sessions, including working with TLO's. RCL's are an essential component of school governance. EduThink has developed exciting techniques which empower RCL members.

SGB Training
Governance

EduThink has trained more than 1700 SGB members. We are well-versed in the relevant legislation and gazettes concerning SGB's. Most of all, we are excellent at teaching SGB's how to govern.

Teams & Conflict
Management

Improvement involves change. Change often induces tensions. Our conflict management tool provides a visual map of the different conflict handling styles, the extent of each style and options to manage staff conflict. Team-building may be part of the resolution process.
